Thanks to Monica, the attendant she has manners and very polite. Has time for everyone and you get value for your money as well. My first time over there and will recommend Bilston branch for all neighbors to wash and dry their clothes there.

Very good prices £8 for the large machine and £1 per 5mins drying time.. The clothes dried very fast so only used £3 for the dryer, excellent parking right outside the shop. We visited the park opposite whilst the clothes were being washed. We didn't take cash but Gargi kindly accepted card payment in exchange for £1 coins to use the machines. Will definitely use again and I would highly recommend. Thank you

Rafiki Launderette & Dry Cleaning
It was my first time using a launderette and I was struggling a bit as I didn’t know how to operate the machines or how to pay but thankfully the staff was so helpful and kind. They patiently explained to me how to operate the machines and the dryers and answered all my questions. There’s plenty of washing machines of various sizes from small to large ones and there are plenty of dryer machines too so I didn’t have to wait in line at all. Special thanks to the staff, on this occasion I was assisted by Monica and Gargi, who were super friendly and helpful and very kind. Thank you and wonderful service!

Great service considering there was only 1 member of staff and the time we went it was busy but it was our first time in a laundrette and the lady who was working helped us through the process. If your washer/drier breaks down (like ours) or you just don't want to do any washing yourself then I recommend you visit Rafiki laundrette.

Our washing machine broke down and we were researching where to go to for all the laundry that was piling up and I am so happy I found Rafiki Laundrette. It was the most seamless experience made even better by Sharon- our happy helper who not only helped us get the required change but also gave me several tips on how to do mylaundry better. I really appreciated her help and the overall vibe and services of Rafiki. I will be sure to return soon.

Quick dry clean service with great results and good pricing. My suit was ready within two days and it was clean and fresh like new. Easy parking and was told they will have card payment option shortly. In the meantime there is a free to use cash dispenser right outside. Will definitely use for my dry cleaning again. Thank you Rafiki.
