I called Robert at about 11.15am and he was at my home by 12.30pm. My boiler issue was a simple one but I was very impressed with Robert, his politeness, his time keeping and fair prices. Very impressed and would recommend to others.

Absolutely fabulous service!They arrived within an hour from our emergency call. The problem with the boiler was identified instantly, correctly and fixed efficiently. We also received a lot of valuable advice from the truly knowledgeable gentleman. The most important he left our house warm again!

Was great for a year or so, did loads of smaller jobs for me (landlord safety certs, repairs etc) and was fine. We always paid him exactly on time etc. and he then just stopped returning my calls. Completely disappeared.

When our heating system failed Robert was able to help us at short notice. His knowledge and experience enabled him to find the problem quickly (a leaking, poorly-connected pipe under the floorboards) and to fix it. Robert, and his team, are experienced, efficient, friendly & tidy. I have no hesitation in recommending Robert's services.

Cannot recommend this company highly enough! Installed boiler in a new location, removed existing boiler and old tanks and they were fantastic. They worked really hard, were extremely polite and friendly, kept the place clean as they worked and the price was extremely competitive.

I have employed Robert at M4 Heating for around 5 years. He is responsive, courteous and provides an excellent service. We have never had any problems with any of his work over multiple properties. He has serviced and fitted boilers and done trouble shooting on systems for us. I would recommend Robert to anyone, and I have recommended him to friends and neighbours. He is trustworthy and professional. The work is always done efficiently and the site is left clean.

When I needed a boiler replaced I wanted it moved as well. Robert did exactly the job I wanted at less than half of the British Gas quote and less than another quote who said exactly what I wanted couldn't be done. He has done a couple of smaller jobs for me since. Highly recommended.
