Mercury RV

Cannot recommend Mercury RV enough.We’ve used them many times to fill up our LPG, which they have always had.And recently used them to service our LPG system as it was due a service.They where quick, professional, and sorted out all issues there and then.Straight to the aim about anything, and very honest.Also a great place to get work done to any RV or Camper-vans.

Simon and the team recently completed a Dinitrol treatment on the chassis of our A class. Great quality work and kept me informed throughout with emails and photos of progress. During the work they identified and fitted some important missing stops too which was really appreciated. I happily recommend their service.

Always a bit weary when dealing with a new company but these guys are top notch. Bought an Rv off them and the experience could not have been better. Simon is a nice personable chap with a good level head on his shoulders, does what’s needed and takes a pragmatic view on the things that aren’t really necessary. Good, fast and cost efficient, can’t recommend them highly enough.

We used Simon to import our RV, he collected it and dealt with all of the import documentation and then carried out all the work required for UK registration. He also installed CCTV and an alarm system which is 100% better than the factory fitted system.Simon is a great guy and all the work he carried out was done to a highly professional standard, as he told us “he does not want you to see what he has done”. He was true to his word, great job!!

Long time since I have bought a rv and this one a Georgie boy elite I bought from Mercury rv ? Simon went through everything with us and answered any questions we had and it was a very relaxed experience and nothing was to much trouble for Simon ? We decided to buy payed our deposit and home we went ? All through the waiting for r v to be ready Simon emailed us with all updates happening to our rv ? Mot passed no advisory’s ? Habitation check brought up a problem with on roof air conditioning unit which was promptly renewed even though it had to purchased from America? New upholstery Sam kitchen floor ? All I trying to say Simon and his team are a professional outfit even though are relaxed ? I would recommend MERCURY RV to anyone THANKS SIMON

This company doesn’t just sell you an RV and show you the door, they’re with you for the long term. You get full support in terms of servicing, parts and spares. They’ll fit any modifications you want at very good prices, always finding a way to accommodate your needs. We wanted to be able to live completely off grid in our RV (no mains hook-up) and Mercury have helped us achieve this with the addition of top quality solar panels, extra leisure batteries and sine wave inverters for the 2 x TVs. They also installed a large 12v fridge with a decent sized freezer, which we needed to store food in for our three dogs. Very helpful, friendly, expert team who go above and beyond. They’ve been very patient with us and have answered all of our queries quickly and in detail. What they don’t know about RVs is not worth knowing!

7 Years ago I purchased my first RV from a private seller in the Midlands. Simon travelled there for me and spent a whole day vetting the vehicle. It is the knowledge of Simon and the skill of his mechanic Les that has kept the vehicle on the road for all these years. The Maintenance of American RV'S is complicated and his is the only set up in the South East of England capable of doing this work.. He looks after clients all over Europe.I am unfortunate enough at the moment to be involved in a court case with an Insurance Company. Simon has offered advice and support and has gone the extra mile for me.

Simon and his team did an excellent job of rust proofing and under sealing our RV. More importantly Simon went the extra mile regarding Customer Service when we had a medical emergency at home. He helped us arrange a hire car and drove us to the hire company, and picked us up again later in the week. Even offering to come to Birmingham on the Train and drive the hire car back for us and keep the RV if we couldn't get back the same week.

Another excellent service from Simon & Les at Mercury RV. Just left home for first post-lock down trip and, 5miles in, we break down on the motorway. Had to be recovered to Mercury where Simon had us on the lift straight away, moving the pre-booked RV service to second place after us. Whilst there I had a full service as well as replacing a suspected faulty fuel pump and, on start up Simon reset a fault code that resulted in us being on our way once more.Highly recommended and always willing to go the extra mile for excellent customer service. Absolutely thrilled with repair to my dad's Swift Motorhome. Simon came back with a quotation very quickly after seeing pictures of damage. We booked in as cheaper than local garage and recommended by friend with American style camper.The price was great for amount of damage. Simon kept us informed at every stage of the process and even after a conversation offered (and completed) a registration transfer (as dad selling but without private plate).We were absolutely thrilled with the repair and even better came in under the original estimate. You don't often hear that! I would have absolutely no issue recommending Mercury RV - fantastic customer experience from start to finish.
