Strawberry Field Wacky Warehouse

Having never been before, we travelled half an hour as an attempt to wear out the children and fill their bellies. We were welcomed by a very friendly face (Meg). She was lovely and couldn’t do enough for us, including allowing my husband to change the tv channel to watch the Rugby.The food was lovely too and the kids had a great time! Thank you Strawberry Fields, Wacky and of course Meg :)

I have visited here several times over the past few years with my children and they always have a good time. The play area seems well maintained and quite large so the children always enjoy running around. We normally eat here as well if we are there for a few hours. Food is plentiful and of a reasonable standard. Staff are always courteous and helpful. Only downside is just how busy and loud it can get but that's to be expected. All in all a nice way to entertain your kids for an afternoon.

Visited friday morning. Great service from the lady on the counter, even selling us socks when we had forgotten them! Lovely coffee and cake deal.

My son celebrated his 7th Birthday Party. Everything was organised very well: soft play was amazing, party bags, food, & drinks for kids and parents too! They have a bar in place so you can order what you want, all staff very friendly and nice. We didn't have to worry about anything. Absolutely recommended!!! Thank you

Me and my youngest really enjoyed the wacky warehouse.. the soft play is massive loads to do for him he never stopped though the 90 minute session, the food was really nice, the staff where very welcoming and polite, very spacious place perfect for a birthday party. We will definitely return! Thankyou for a amazing day another small memory made! And won't be forgotten.

Apart from taking 15 minutes to get in from the bloke serving 1 person we then found it FILTHY and disgusting in the Wacky Warehouse. All the tables had a film of scum on them. A fingernail on the floor. And just general poor hygiene in the place. This should be the most important thing for this brand considering it caters for babies, toddlers and young children and it is severely lacking. Everything stuck to the table it was that dirty that we had to clean it ourself and it was filthy as you can see in the pictures. Every table was like this. We arrived at 1030 so it hadn’t long been open. For most of the time there was no staff serving. It’s cheap but cleanliness and safety seem to be on the bottom of the priorities for this place. AVOID at all costs. I’d give it 0 stars if I could. Spoke to the manager who seemed quite blasé about it. It the still took the chap working the warehouse 25 minutes to start tidying up the dirty plates and mess everywhere. He then approached me and asked why I had complained!! We decided to leave at that point and certainly wasn’t going to eat there like we had planned to.

Went with a lot of friends shame one of their kids wasn't allowed on the soft play even know same age as others but he's just tall.Nice food though.

Good food at fair price and play area for kids, the top for families!

Staff are lovely, always over friendly and go above and behond for you.Its busy on weekend so bear that in mind but in the week its great. Where else nowadays can you get a coffee, bacon sandwich and entertainment for kids for £10I totally agree they need some money spent on it but only positivity will get them this.
