Jennifer did exactly what I wanted to my hair and gave advice about the best way to achieve the look I wanted.I’m normally very skeptical of hair salons but Jennifer was professional and did a great job.

VERY VERY DISAPPOINTED!! I book an appointment Thursday for this coming Monday for 10:30 I have driven from Dover which has cost me petrol and pay over £5 in parking to walk 10 minuets in the rain to get wet, to then find the salon is closed why book me in if your not going to turn up!!! Is it because I am white ??

Unprofessional, impolite. I had to try to finish my own hair while the woman was doing my hair went to do for another customer’s who was waiting for hours and She was 30mins booked after my appointment, Didn’t even apologise.The job was rushed didn’t do good job. My excitement turned to disappointment I thought that I will be going all the time.

Aiesha did a beautiful weave for me with a full lace frontal. I gave the frontal ahead of time so she was able to customise it before installing it and honestly it looked amazing. She did everything; cainrowed my natural hair, installed and styled at such speed!! Could never be disappointed with the results.

My daughter had her braids done, the staff were really friendly and made her feel very welcome and relaxed. I think its it's really good value for money and my daughter was really pleased with the result. We'll be going back!

Asked for a certain hairstyle and the lady completely did not listen and did braids that looked nothing like the picture I showed her. Terrible hair braiding, as my natural hair was sticking out and definitely not worth paying £45 for a hairstyle I did not request. Would definitely not advise anyone to go this salon. Avoid at all costs. If she was unable to do what I request I would understand but to not listen to your customer is very very unprofessional. Don’t go this hairdressers.

Warm, friendly, experienced hairdresser. There are lots products and reasonable prices. In the heart of the city. As I am new to the area, this was the right choice to have my hair braided. I highly recommend this hairdresser.
