The Greenhouse 'Branching Out'

. I Called to request delivery as i could not collect due to having an operation. Ordering process was smooth, delivered on time. Nothing was too much trouble. Flowers were beautiful. 100% recommend

I am sorry to say that I was not satisfied with the finish on the small funeral arrangements for my mother in law. I asked for graduated roses on a banana leaf and hand tied with strong. What I got was the roses attached to a palm fronds tied with florists ribbon the flowerd were blown and one even had a brown stain which showed as they were white.

I was gifted some flowers from the greenhouse for my leaving do and they were absolutely stunning. They took my breath away!

I bought flowers yesterday for my wedding anniversary. The lady that served me was very helpful and she arranged a beautiful bunch of flowers for my wife. I’d probably talk more about the flowers but It’s not really my area of expertise, suffice it to say my wife thought they were gorgeous. (I apologise for the picture, the Lilies haven’t opened yet - although my wife should get even more pleasure from them as they blossom)

I ordered some funeral flowers from a lovely assistant to be delivered to the funeral home by 11 am on the day of funeral. They never arrived! I rang The Greenhouse once I had been alerted by the funeral home, they rushed the flowers and delivered to crematorium after the hearse had arrived. Not the start to a funeral I expected. These flowers should have been on the coffin for the final journey. To say I am disappointed is an understatement. The shop assistant who took the order was very apologetic, also gave me a full refund. The owner who I am disgusted with hasn’t even had the curtesy to ring me to explain what went wrong. All she said was , “well they’re here now!!” When dropped them at the crematorium. Not acceptable at all. We haven’t heard a word from her since! Wont be using again.

The care, love and detail these lovely ladies put into their work is incredible. We got in touch for our Autumn wedding last year and I was so pleased and totally blown away, they had put so much thought into every detail and the arrangements and decor were simply stunning, There were so many compliments given on the flowers and bouquets, I couldn't have imagined it any better. Thank you so much.
