Excellent service throughout our Labrador Sammy's stay. Sadly he had to be put to sleep this lunchtime. The staff were all excellent and dealt with our requests superbly and very sensitively during this hugely difficult time.

Wonderful, I've never experienced service like this. The team are a real team with Wonderful communication. They take as much pain away from us parents as possible to look after our little friends

My cat recently got hit by a car and was taken to East Lincs Emergency Vets immediately. From the second she arrived the team took incredible care of her, and not only her, of me too. She was quite poorly but the team (particularly Natalie and Diogo) did everything they could to keep her comfortable and get her well asap. They were incredible and let me spend time with her and kept me updated as much as possible. It was a horrible few days for both of us and I cannot ever thank them enough for getting my little girl back on her feet.Though none of us ever want to need to use an emergency vets, this is absolutely the one to visit should you need one.Thank you all so much. I will never forget you and all you did for us.

Our dog was taken ill suddenly whilst having a day at the seaside. Some very kind people phoned this vets for us and the vets agreed to see us. 6 hours later our dog was given back to us in a much better state than when we left him. Everyone at the practice was kind and caring and we are very grateful to them

We had to take our 9 month old pup as he had eaten something he shouldn't. They checked him out, and they offered us a treatment plan, which we were happy to give permission for. The staff were friendly and efficient and took great care of our pup. He made a full recovery.

We're so grateful to everyone at East Lincs Emergency Vets. Our usual vet doesn't do out of hours care so they sent us here with our terrier Edith when she became ill with haemorrhagic diarrhoea. She was with them for five nights and during that time, we were kept well informed of her progress and felt absolutely certain she was receiving the very best care.Apologies to the staff who had to deal with Edith as she got back to her usual self - we know she's not always a good dog but she's our dog and we couldn't be happier to have her home. Thank you all so much!

I wouldn't recommend to anyone taking their pets to Black sheep/ East Lincs Emergency Vets as the whole practice is run very unprofessional and are extremely money driven! I understand that there are costs associated with running a veterinary practice however this has been taken to a completely different level. When bring in your pets for emergency treatment be prepared to pay straight away £500 even before your pet receives any treatment, also expect to pay £300 for each day your pet has to stay in the practice which is more than a double what any other practice charge in the area. They also charge admin fee of £42 for processing any insurance claims which yet again no other practice in the area does! Also don't expect any help or support from practice manager Karla as she will ignore all of your calls and emails rather than facing the issues and actually offering support of some kind.
