A disappointing visit today, went to view a VW Golf 1.4 TSI that by all accounts was an extremely well looked after car with all the service history. We rang the morning of our visit to check it was still available, which it was. The car was parked in a very tight spot so that it was even hard to get to it let alone look around it well, there was obvious damp inside the windscreen area which looked from the outside like it wasn't fitted properly and sealed. There was also a strong musty smell inside and on further inspection the carpet behind the drivers door was mouldy so obvious water ingress somewhere.But the bigger alarm bells to us what that the rear offside has had a very bad spray job as it was coming off around the rear window seal and the car didn't even start. Suspect it's been sat there sometime and the battery was dead but when you are expecting a viewer, would you not think to charge.Sadly not great vibes from this place on this occasion and disappointing when it was described as very well looked after.

Recently purchased a vehicle from here, the whole process was supersmooth and simple, there was 0 pressure from the staff to purchase the vehicle. checks were carried out on the vehicle when I questioned an aspect of maintenance.I had a small issue with collecting the vehicle (on my side) and Rich was more than accommodating to help me get my car on the Saturday.Overall a very good experience.

Love these guys, I bought a 2010 Hyundai i20 from them and it had an issue with a leak in the boot, Richard couldn’t have been more helpful. Another gentleman I spoke to there, sorry I can’t recall his name, knew exactly how to solve it and they got it sorted quickly and without fuss. Brilliant. Great guys from start to finish, easily allowed me to place a deposit quickly to reserve a car. Stopped over for me to view a car as I was travelling from far away. Car was great - Only issue was I didn’t buy the car as I didn’t like the 1.0L engine.Other than this experience was great and the guys sent my deposit back straight away the next day.

My husband and I purchased a car from here in November and have had nothing but trouble since. When we purchased the car we had to wait for an MOT on it and for it to be fixed due to a 'knocking noise' when it was in 2nd gear that apparently was picked up last minute. After finally getting the car, it was evident that this was still a problem. As soon as we drove off, whenever the car dropped to 1st and 2nd gear it made a loud grinding noise every time. We couldn't return that evening as the gates were shut as soon as we left so my husband contacted them the following day to be told to give it a few weeks as apparently with it being an automatic and the work that had been done it needed to 'bed in'. Fast forward a few weeks the problem was still there, we contacted the seller and was told to wait a month and get it fixed through the warranty which was provided with the car. We tried this and not one garage would take the job on as every single one had previous problems with warranty wise or due to it being an automatic gearbox. We now have a car that is costing us close to £3000 to fix all because the seller fobbed us off instead of sorting a problem that was theirs in the first place. So so disappointed and now extremely stressed having to pay this amount of money out to get it fixed when times are hard as it is.

Recently bought my first car from D&C and was helped out throughout the process by Richard, can’t commend his professionalism and helpfulness enough! For anyone looking for a reasonably priced, great condition car, I wouldn’t recommend anywhere other than D&C!

Bought a tidy little run around so my partner can learn to drive, service was excellent, no pushy salesmen, car was given a service and a fresh MOT before I took delivery. Even delivered to my work! No quarms about taking to Anglesey the weekend after either! Would recommend 5*
