A sad occasion as we were there for a wake but I cannot praise the place highly enough.They put on a cracking buffet for us, the room was perfect and the staff couldn't do enough for us.We only used the bar area but I know that the big room is also great.There are some great show's planned including Halloween, Christmas and what looks like a special Christmas treat for the kids in Santa's workshop.

This is a perfect well priced venue for almost any occasion.it is situated in a mixed industrial and residential area but all of the events that I have been to in this establishment have been a great success. Large clean room with a bar at one end friendly staff.very popular with locals.

Excellent place venue for exhibitions which was what bought me to Brook St Community centre and before covid19 was great place used for over 50s or 60s get togethers and live gigs . Food and drinks usually available

Come here for a surprise birthday day party, they staff on the bar was friendly and make us feel welcome. The hall is huge with plenty of room for a DJ and still room to boogie. The car park is massive however they was room enough for everyone. The toilets were in good condition they didn't smell which is a plus.

First visit last night, well organised and friendly bar staff. Charity night showing duo singers friendzy and comic 'our Trace'. Drink prices average, some snacks on offer. Only thing I'd say is tickets were tricky to get, no online booking or phones named all week.

The venue looks big enough for a few hundred people.Also because it is a 'Community Centre' The drinks are set very reasonable prices.Although the car park is on the small side there is on street parking available at no charge
