The site was in a great position on the edge of South Molton close enough to walk to town but also to good roads. The help we received from Charlotte in the show homes was second to none. She understands here customers.

Avoid at all costs!! I moved into my house nearly 3 years ago and I have been waiting for 2 years for them to come out and do the works needed on my house. Nearly every wall and ceiling needs replacing and they have left my staircase half plastered and unfinished for 6 months!! I have not been able to decorate, or make this house my home. The lack in communication from the customer service team is ridiculous. I have damp coming in my living room where the electrics are, cracks all over the inside and outside. Every time it rains it come through my extractor fan and floods my hob!! Towel rails in bathrooms rusted within 6 months and won't be replaced, even though it's happened due to their poor ventilation. The list is endless.Save yourself the drama and buy from someone else!
