I can highly recommend this dry cleaner. I have been using them for years and they always provide an excellent service. I had a ball gown which had a huge red wine stain on it and they managed to remove it, so it is as good as new! Very professional and friendly service.

I had my curtains dry cleaned here, one pair had a different colour band at the top and I was worried the colour would run, rest assured it didn’t. Very pleased with the results of all the curtains.

Nobody is picking the phone up!!I am ringing since 9am!!!I would recommend to fix a phone or contact your supplier! It’s no a rocket science.As no business would survive without working land line!!!!And then you don’t have to answer rudely to your potential customers who are spending their money in your shop. So response to then with respect!!!

Great service. Polite staff. I ahve had suits, tuxedos, shirts and trousers dry cleaned. Very high standard. Always punctual. Highly recommend using. Whenever I needed a quick return, always go above and beyond.

I am new customer and I am so happy with the serviceI had 3 blazers and they had stain on them.I was hoping the stains were going to be removed . And to my surprise my blazers looked brand new! So I went back for second time took 3 coats again they also had stains one my coats was black and covered in my dog hairs ! And again they done fantastic job !My coats looked brand new. Thank you for great service. I highly recommend Mercedez.

Ended up coming here to hire the Rug Doctor carpet cleaner as they never seemed to be available in asda! I'm giving 4 stars as I had to clean the machine before I used it, apart from that a very nice guy served me and my carpets look much cleaner! I would recommend that if you hire a Rug Doctor you buy the No Nonsense carpet cleaner from screwfix rather than the Rug doctor solution, it gave me better results, smells nicer and it's much cheaper!

Polite, professional and perfect service. 2 shirts and one dress ( all white ) which had my daughters fake tan on. I wasn’t sure they would be able to get it all out as the fabric was delicate but everything was completely Mark free on collection. Very happy with the result & the man on the reception was very polite and helpful.Price was the going rate locally which was good. I Will be using this dry cleaners from now on. Great job !

I went in last week to collect my Coat. I was over the moon to find that what seemed like a permanent stain had been removed and my coat was like new! The owner is really friendly and helpful. Highly recommend Mercedes

Have to say this business went above and beyond I was delayed getting back from holiday and I’m going to a wedding in Scotland early, I got there too late but the guy came back especially so that I could pick up our outfits what a superstar!!!would definitely recommend
