Booked a taxi the night before for 8:20AM the next morning. The man I spoke to was rather unfriendly. He informed me that the taxi will most likely be late (which is ridiculous if you're booking it!)At 8:30AM I rang the company and was told there was no booking made for me at all! And because of this they were unable to send a taxi. I ended up missing my tour because of this! Really unacceptable service.

If I could give this a zero I would- I booked a taxi from the hospital and the driver cancelled on me because I took a few minutes to get out of a NEUROLOGY REHAB CENTRE. Absolutely no consideration for people with limited mobility who may need more time to get to the taxi. This is not the first time I’ve had issues with fonaCAB when I’ve attempted to get lifts from various hospitals and it’s honestly disgraceful. I booked with valuecab and they arrived immediately with zero issues.*EDIT: fonacab replied to my review and said the driver waited a whole TWO minutes for me, this is utterly disgraceful. People with limited mobility cannot necessarily answer the phone- if I was using crutches and my phone is in my bag I cannot reach it easily. In this scenario I missed the taxi (by 2 minutes) just because I was making my out to the taxi with limited mobile after hospital treatment. Maybe your driver should be encouraged to show a bit more consideration for where they are picking people up from, as this is not the first time I have had problems with drivers collecting me from the hospital.

The service was excellent. Moreover, there was an issue of incorrect charge by the driver and Sarah Thompson, handled it beautifully and despite her going on vacation, she ensured that the difference of amount be credited into my account on time. I had been using FonaCAB since last year and will recommend them to anyone who is looking for taxis in Belfast region as their prices are way cheaper than other taxis! They should look into extending their services in other metropolitan areas as well!

The worst service ever. We pre-book the taxi everyday, but still end up waiting more than half an hour to get the taxi. Absolutely disappointing!!!We used to book using two different accounts (mine and my husband's). The last three digits of the phone numbers are 013 and 056. The pre-bookings were mostly done using the phone numbers ending with 013.Edited as per the suggestion. Thanks for getting back to me.

Booked a taxi for later in the evening on the app got a booking confirmation made sure we were outside 5 minutes early, no taxi came… got a phone call three quarters of a hour later to see if we still wanted a taxi, thankfully we got one from a more reliable company, would not recommend fone a cab!!

Out with 2 friends, both using disability aids, friend has MS, taxi arrived, same reg as confirmed via message. As soon as it arrived and we approached the driver get in the booking was cancelled and no more drivers available. Terrible terrible service. Thankfully Uber exists

I phoned for a taxi around 11.30 last Friday night in Belfast City centre. A cab arrived within 15 minutes and took me out to Jordanstown.Driver very pleasant and good value.

Your company wants to learn its employees some manners!!! Disgusting misogynistic male driver in Belfast city centre who pulled across 4 lanes and pulled out in front of me and 4 times gave me the one finger!! Such a wonderful image to give out for Fonacab!!! Feel like putting a pic of his licence plate number up too!!

Made a prebooking. 20 minutes after the pre-booked pickup time the driver still had not been assigned. This has happened on a number of occasions. What's the point in having a pre-book option on the app if they are not going to be honoured?
