Took my car for its first MOT. As always, the service at Lister’s is impeccable. A video of the diagnostic check made was sent to me and I received a phone call telling me the car was ready and it had been washed and vacuumed.

Phoned Charlotte Bester to agree plan to replace Golf tyres against MOT Advisory Notes. Agreed easily to match KwikFit quote of £117 each for 4 Michelin Primacy 4+ tyres 225/45R17W91 to be fitted 10am Fri 24 Nov 2023. Also to fix up new 2 year service contract during that visit. Excellent outcome - very pleased.

We had two visits to Listers Worcester last week, Monday our Tiguan was in for new front discs and pads plus service and MOT, the service showed it was time for a new battery, which was ordered and fitted on Saturday morning. On both visits the service staff were excellent Niamh on Monday and Kate on Saturday. Both times the car was returned washed and vacuumed. As usual excellent service all round, thank you. I was greeted with a smile at reception and an offer of a hot drink after I had said my car was in for a service. A smartly dressed Guy called Hash came to speak to me and take my keys, ask if there was anything I was concerned about with my car. On pick up later that day the same person handed over the keys to my car and explained what they had done. I also had a phone call in the day and video footage of the underneath of my car and mechanic pointing out all the areas that they had checked. Very courteous and professional and my car had been valeted as a free service. Job done!

Car went in for some diagnostics on a faulty gearbox, grateful it did. Never had a vehicle health check as thorough as this one and glad I had been dealing with Brad Conner and Fabio. Luckily it wasn’t a wishy washy check and was thoroughly inspected as this proved to the supplying dealer the car was faulty. Much appreciated for your help.
