Bar staff none existent. The worst service I have ever experienced. Complete shambles need better staff asap

Wasn't very happy as our first Lane broke down, we moved to another lane and that broke down too ,we shared a seating area when other alley's we have been to you do have your own area for food and drinks, I didn't rate it very highly to be honest ,but in all fairness the manager did apologize and has given us 2 free tickets to go again ,so let's see what the next visit will be like .

It's an arcade for little kids. There's also a pool table and a cafe for adults to enjoy while kids are playing in the arcade. Good combo

Very poor customer service. If I'm paying nearly £35 for myself and children to play 2 games of bowling then the least your staff could do is smile on entry, not make vague excuses as to why a lane has stuck and to actually bring food out during the games and not 5 minutes to the end of one.

Came here for the 1st time and it was alright. There was a few games to play. They had a bar with no kids allowed and an soft play area which is closed in and you don't have to worry about yours kids going anywhere. I had an issue with the card machine not giving me my change but that was soon sorted out by manager. Not a bad experience all in all.

Good place for an indoor town playground , including arcade games and adults bar.

Dreadful. The pins constantly don't reset properly and you don't have the option to do it yourself you have to go to the desk and wait 10 mins every time. Management is the most atrocious Ive ever come across even their staff were embarrassed of them. They don't care and don't wanna know. Strict no refund policy even for lanes/machines that don't work. You must offer refunds when you can't offer the service people are paying for. Absolutely awful. We left before we finished the game because we couldn't be bothered to go up for the umpteenth time to get the pins reset. Boring, poor attitude from rude management and really bad equipment. Don't bother, go to cwmbran instead.

Tl:DL: A bit off, just like the radiation symbol painted in the laser quest section.Got to spend a few hours at this place, pretty cool watching people have fun. Not so cool watching a guy sink at least £15 into claw machine before walking away empty handed..Most staff is really good although get really busy at times trying to run reception and bar at the same time.Management a bit too stiff for the kind of fun place this is supposed to be, but wouldn't expect different from a big chain like this.Witnessed a few breakdowns of the lanes, staff got on it as soon as possible, my advice would be to report it to a member of staff as soon as possible to cut down your wait time.

Helpful & friendly staff, vibrant atmosphere, wide range of games to play to suit all ages, a good selection of food/snacks & drinks to suit all - covid guidance in place, I found the Bar area clean & tidy too

Staff are so rude, management too! Elderly staff member was too slow she was unsure how to use the till and add an extra person on the game of bowling. My son was playing in the arcade and then asked the same ladie for the code for the restroom and she refused to give it to him as she didn't see him make a transaction?
