Ordered on the 13th of November , on my account it is showing the order as still processing" when it states 2-3 working days for delivery.Have emailed and messaged on Facebook and no response!!Still no responses as of the 30th November ... I do NOT recommend buying online from this store. Terrible customer service"

I received my goods but they wasn't what I orded and one was broken.trying to send back is a nightmare they sent a return slip address to me. I rang and emailed didn't answer the phone and no reply from email.I don't know what to do wish I had read the reviews first

Ordered online - never got a dispatch email.Order never showed.Emailed numerous times & heard back once to say replacement was issued.The replacement was also never received.Terrible customer service.

Items not received- after 2 weeks, still showing as ‘processing’. No communications. Merchant does not respond to any method of contact. Avoid this company at all costs. Absolutely appalling.
