Its a great bookshop! The prices aren't ridiculous and it has pretty much everything you need. The size of the shop does mean that it can't have everything, but it still has loads of books.

Waterstones provide a friendly, helpful and knowledgeable service. Books that are in print but not on the shelf can be ordered in the shop or on-line and picked up from the shop.Picking up from the shop, even if ordered on-line, means that the shop is credited with the sale. This will give some protection to the shop at a time when so many high street shops are under threat. And anyway, isn't it just wonderful to go into a bookshop and just browse to find that little gem you didn't know existed until you picked it up.......?

Great selection of books. Some a little pricey. Will also order anything you can't find. Staff very helpful and seem happy to help. Store was clean and tidy.

Beautiful shop for book readers. Right in the middle of town centre. Full stock shelves. Plenty of rooms from cooking, science, fiction, travelling to kids section. Knowledgeable n helpful staff providing great service.

The new shop on Midland Road feels more open than the old shop on Silver Street. There is a large selection of books, particularly for children. You can also pick up online orders here. The staff are friendly and helpful.
