I am unhappy i didn't get the call back aboutTaking about my washing machine

I made contact with this company a few weeks back in order to repair my oven. Not only did they not show up when an appointment was booked to inspect the problem, they made no effort to contact me back on more than two occasions when I chased them up. They deny having received comprehensive information about the oven but this is entirely false. A total display of foppery, excuses and poor professionalism from the start. I would certainly recommend this company if you purely enjoy having your time wasted.
