Really really disappointed. I had my nails done here for my holiday. Lasted 4 days before they chipped and then started to lift off. So had to have them fix while I was away. Just been in to see if they would sort them at a slightly lower price as they didn't even last a week and they flatly refused. I would not recommend this place to anyone and I WILL NOT BE GOING BACK A

I was so disappointed after my visit. I booked online for extensions. I arrived and was told to sit down. Other than that there was no conversation. I tried to explain what I wanted but no one spoke at all about options. My nails were short and I understand that I may need to build up slowly but this was not once explained to me. I asked for extensions three times while my nails were being done. I had gel applied and during this the UV light didn’t work and the gel on my thumb was wiped off leaving a bumpy surface. I had one person apply the gel and another the colour. No explanation was given why two technicians. No explanation as to why I didn’t get extensions. I paid £38 for essentially a pretty bad gel polish. I had to clean off excess polish at home from around my nail. I felt rushed at the end as they were clearly cleaning to close the salon. Not a great experience and certainly will not be returning.
