Calon Lan Community Care in Denbighshire

I have worked with calon Lan for nearly 2 years, I really enjoy my work, I find the management staff in the Rhyl office approachable, friendly. There is extra hours available but i have never found the managers pressurising me to do extra shifts, and when I do pick up extra shifts I am always thanked and appreciatedWould reccomend Calln Lan

Place is horrible to work for, my mrs who previously worked here would come home after most shifts feeling bullied from the people in the office, care companies complain they have no staff but treat them horribly. Disgusting
