Avoid this company at all costs. I have to say the worse people I have used in recent times for unprofessional and lack of communication berween departments. I feel no option but to publicly do this review as they don't seem to want to help me. I had to use this company to finish off a kitchen. Always seem unprepared and now predictable. Customer service is not what this company prides it self on,what it is? No idea! I have an on going issue and and been sent the wrong parts to delivery an issue and let down on 2 occasions now and would setting will the 3rd happen. They promise to call you and don't as they never know the answer.

I ordered a set of drawers and 12 handles through Richmond kitchens as my new build homes kitchen was from this supplier. I would not of used them given the choice. I asked on several occasions could i collect in person or where they alternatives for delivery as it £50 for my small order to be delivered i was never given an answer, so gave up and paid the delivery cost. The delivery was booked for a Wednesday and someone had to be present at home to help lift the cabinet as it was a one man delivery for £50. The delivery was confirmed as Wednesday by text, email and phone call. The cabinet was then delivered to on building site where our new build is and was delivered on Tuesday we only found this out when the site manager at our new estate phoned us. At no point had Richmond kitchens made us aware they were delivering early. The site manager had the unit brought round on the Wednesday but our 12 handles where missing. We chased this up with Richmond kitchens who said these would be sent on the Thursday. So after booking time off work a full day was wasted due to this companies poor management. I collected the handles from a neighbour who had taken the parcel in on the Thursday to find they had delivered 7 matt finish handles and not 12 chrome as i was expecting. I contacted them Thursday evening via email also with an issue regarding the alignment of the drawers. I received a reply with a guide to how to adjust the fronts and was questioned as to where i had got handles from on the drawers. Luckily our site manager have given us some as ours didn't show up with the cabinet. I replied to Richmond kitchens on the Friday and received no reply i have chased them up twice and still had no reply. They have been paid for 12 handles and have short delivered by 5 and the 7 i have received are not what was supposed to be delivered. I would avoid using this company at all. Also i can see that their customer service staff Damien Chandler has left the company a 5 star review which isn't very ethical as he is a member of staff.

Just finished installing my new kitchen, I went for a fully built rigid kitchen meaning that all the cabinets were delivered ready built even with the doors on! Making it much easier for me to install.The kitchen came on time and the design team were great in helping me with the layout and any questions I had. The price was good and the quality is impressive.Would definitely recommend!

Dick was an amazing advisor for our new kitchen, from planning to ordereverything went very smooth. Kitchen looks great and very happy it was not flat packed for ease of assembly. Thank you.

Not often you really get 5* service but this is our experience over 3 jobs. Our main kitchen has over 30 units and 9 appliances. The design and layout was tricky but they got it right. The supply and installation was seamless and nothing was too much trouble. Our kitchen looks fantastic and is now, the social hub of our home. The quality of fixtures and fittings is excellent and the experience from start to finish was just great. Thanks to Gary and his team, we have a cracking kitchen to enjoy for years to come. Supplied and fitted a new kitchen including applicances for us in Nov 18. Really pleased with the quality of the units and end result. Gary was really helpful and flexible throughout from design to aftercare and provided plenty of options and suggestions to ensure we achieved the end result we were looking for. Thoroughly recommend Richmond Cabinets for a competively priced kitchen.

Had a very positive experience of using Richmond Furniture to provide and fit our kitchen. Gary was extremely helpful, visiting us at our home more than once and spending time to think about the design and give us advice on the many questions we had for him. The kitchen fitters were also great- turned up when they said they would and were friendly and hard working. Best of all, we felt that we got very good value for money and love our new kitchen!

Great service and excellent product. As well as coming up with a fantastic design, they were very efficient, accommodating and a pleasure to have them working in our house. Would completely recommend their products and really personal service.

Exceptional quality Kitchen. Design, delivery and fitting all perfect. Start to finish a pleasure to deal with and the end result is fantastic. Gary, Dirk and Steve know this inside out and it shows.
