Absolutely disgusting, liars, bully's, and unprofessional. Put us next door the disabled screaming and wall thumping children ..continuously average hour every day.. pretended not to know anything for months. Known the 11 years. 27 jobs needed doing .. 13 months on and nothing done, wer walls, mould mushrooms etc .. they lie and lie. Taking them to court.

Appalling customer service. We live in a privately owned property opposite several aspire flats. One resident has been verbally abusive and threatening towards several non-aspire residents of the street. When aspire was contacted over concerns of the particular resident, no action was taken to protect other individuals and we were greeted by rude staff who made it apparent they could not care less.

I'm writing to you because I want to make sure you're aware of job that needs to be done on 31/03 HSG-1755838Long story short, Aspire can't finish one job from June 20221) On June I booked Aspire because I had leaking in my room. They have sent guy who did inspection and he said problem is outside the building. He said he will book everything for me. So I got message that someone will come around August as scaffolding needs to be set up first2) Aspire arrived but they put scaffolding on the wrong side of building ! I came downstairs to explain Aspire workers that they're on the wrong side. After short conversation they said sorry they did mistake. Next available slot for this job were on October.3) On October Ive been told someone from Aspire arrive but I wasnt at home. Im working from home and I was aware that someone will come on that day so I was waiting all day as scaffolding was set up from months (still on wrong side) so I wanted to make sure someone will do the job .4) I rang Aspire multiple times saying that they havent even moved scaffolding so they need to do it first then send someone to do guttering. Thats not really my job to give you instructions what needs to be done first.Also I said I dont have to be at home as the job to do is outside the building, ive been told many times they dont need access to my flat.5)I get another appointment for 6/01. Still scaffolding hasnt been moved so I rang scaffolding company and ive asked them to move it as I knew Aspire wont do anything or they will come and say ohh sorry scaffolding isnt moved. So again im doing your job. Finally I get phone call from scaffolding and they said they will move so its ready for 6/01. They did what they've promised so I was waiting patiently for Aspire to arrive as everything was ready.6) Aspire didnt arrive on 6/01/23 at all. When I rang you Ive been told ohhh we're so sorry We dont know why no one showed up on 6/01 We will investigate and we will give you another date This time 23.02 and after week date was reschedule to 31/03 !!!That's not even funny anymore. Im writing to you as Im sick of waiting now for 1 job to be done. You cant finish one simple job from 10 months !Im writing to you as I want to have confirmation that someone will arrive on 31/03 to actually do the job. Not inspection, not job on the wrong side, not someone who will come without tools. I want confirmation that job will be done on 31/03 and you know what you're doing. Then get rid off scaffolding straight away as all my neighbours are sick of it as well. 10 months is well enough to do this simple job.

Be very careful what you say to Aspire housing staff. It does not matter what you've been through or going through. They don't care about their tenants. But they will stand by their abusive rude staff no matter what. I was going to move into private accommodation but why should I? Iv been a tenant since the age of 17 now 47 and never in my life been talked to or had such a bad experience as I have in the year 2023. They have got rid of or scared away the good staff the experienced staff and I haven't got a clue what they think their up to. It looks like they will be bankrupt before the years out or in prison for manslaughter neglect. I have made all emergency services aware of my situation. Phoned 101 and reported my concerns about my property. They say they will look at it again in two weeks. Might be to late then if we have more rain. I'll just carry on waiting and trying not let it make me more unwell than I already am. I have 16 plus illnesses and been taken for a fool by a drug and alcoholic abuser. They really don't care! Been told Adult social services got sort my property out. Why? Nothing to do with Adult social services.

Shocking ,Absolutely appalling service. It's been 5 months that I requested for loft installation. 2 times reascheduled it , one time they cancelled it without letting me know. Eventually today they turned up in my house took afew photos and said they'll come back in 10 weeks time to put installation.

Awful company. Don't care about the wellbeing of any of their tenants. Maintenance that you have to wait months for and no matter what you have going on, they just turn up unannounced! No phone call or message to say they are coming out! I wish I never went with this housing association.

Shocking! I called them back after they attempted to call me and I got nothing but silence before they hung up. After THREE TIMES spending half an hour in the cue for an advisor I was summarily hung up on every time I reached the head of the cue. Customer Service clearly doesn't exist in this company's lexicon, even more galling is the fact that I was returning their call. Would give zero or minus if possible,I'm locked in with them as a tennant but if you're not and are looking for a housing association don't bother, seems they're either incompetent or couldn't care less, I'm not sure which is worse.

Horrendous housing association. Placing vulnerable single parents with young children in damp, flea infested, wasp infested properties with no flooring and crumbling walls. Watermarks all over the ceilings. Repairs take months. Terrible attitudes of staff - aspire do not take responsibility for their huge mistakesand show a complete disregard for safety. They don't do anything about antisocial behaviour. Absolutely disgusting
