Very smart and modern cinema complex. Very clean and tidy. Confectionery well stocked but staff leave a little to be desired, fortunately we arrived before the crowds. The actual cinema itself was again very clean (wouldn't let anyone in until cleaned ) seating is very well situated so no one's head is in the way. Perhaps a few too many adverts, the actual film didn't start for 45 minutes but gave opportunity for late comers

Went to see the Barbie movie on Saturday. The queue was pretty long and the whole cinema was fairly busy but the line went quickly. They had a toy box to stand in and take photos too which was a cool idea. Kept people entertained as they waited in line. The prices seem a little higher than they were online but could be the added price of printing a ticket I guess? Seats are comfortable and plenty of leg room. The arm rests are not the most comfortable if you’re wanting to hold hands or cuddle with a partner but bearable for a two hour film.

Always a great time, comfy seats, friendly staff, big clean toilets. Of course the food is expensive but no more than any other cinema, but you can also bring your own snacks. I personally quite like the hot dog they sell there.

Cineworld Cinema - Gloucester Quays
Customer service is good and a decent amount of screens and various layouts but do feel more could be done with the place. The entire ground floor always appears so empty as it only houses the ticket machines and there's nothing else there. Something could be done to make it feel like a cinema. Also feel for such a big chain and building we're missing out on all the big new fangled screens and experiences. The advert at the start challenges you to see a film on all the different types of screen and yet none of them are available here.

Cineworld Cinema - Gloucester Quays
We came here recently to watch Barbie, and have no complaints about the experience. The queues were short, the popcorn and slushies were decent (though at cinema prices, of course), and the seats were comfortable. Toilets are easy to find. The whole place is very clean.

Cineworld Cinema - Gloucester Quays
Went to see an afternoon matinée of children's film 29/8/23. Cinema was pretty empty at that time and very few in the room where the film was shown, which was great!Good price for a family ticket, £23.Cinema and toilets were very clean, though only one soap dispenser in the larger ladies needs to be addressed!Food/snack prices are always ridiculously expensive but everyone knows that before they come in!Cinema situated on a lovely spot by the quays and lots of eateries around it.Shame parking has to be found around the quays and paid for, other cineworlds I've been to previously have free parking. My advice is, during the day, park at Castlemeads carpark and walk to the cinema from there, but maybe not use that one at night if you're on your own.

Enjoyed the new Indiana Jones movie last night, only issue is the seating is now getting uncomfortable as worn. I could feel hard bits in the seat and had to move around a lot.... Airton temp great, quality of projection great and no other issues and is still my go to cinema for now.

Helpful and friendly staff, lift and disabled toilets good but would be helpful if they were signposted as I had to ask for help to find them and no staff on ground floor. Tidy everywhere, film wasn't too loud and temperature good, tho the seat got a bit uncomfortable towards the end of the film.Parking at Gloucester Quays is very convenient and reasonably priced, tho be aware there's only 1 lift to the ground floor once the shops have closed - it's at the stairs once you've battled through the non-powered door.Overall a very good experience and will be going again.

Such a big cinema, well laid out, staff friendly but just felt so big and empty felt the atmosphere was lacking but can't explain exactly why
