Everyone provided a 5* service. My issue was dealt with so efficiently and seamlessly. This was the first time I used the garage - both Meis and Gavin really helped me and committed to timescales and delivered. Highly highly recommended, it’s hard to find good mechanics and I will definitely be going back again. Thank you all at Ross Motors, will surely be referring family and friends.

Spent about 6 weeks here learning the trade from Gavin and his team. Loved it here however sadly I made the decision to leave due to a difficult commute.I honestly do recommend them as they are honest, genuine well trained people who love what they do and always ensure to deliver quality all the time.

After being with the garage for almost a week, they realise that they cannot do anything due to needing a special tool. They didn't even contact me for updates on the situation. I will not be recommending them to anyone. How did they get ratings is beyond me.

Needed wheel bearings replaced and tried Ross Motors. Very responsive to calls, everything was very simple and structured from receiving quote to invoice, completed to the time they said they would and the work has been completed well.

Don't use if you are a woman. My husband was busy and he sent me to do MOT. I chose them as not far from us. They told me pads and discs were in a very bad condition and needed to be changed. However they were checked a few days earlier by mechanic who is a friend of mine, there was really no need to do that. Rip off
