Tiny food size, literally tiny burgurs, dry chicken and burgur bun, peri naan absolutely tiny, ordered £50 food for full family, absolute tiny food for like £8 each. Ngl, terrible service, food pictures betrays actual food size.

update 10/07/2022: warning ! this place has been closed for a few weeks. do not order from this bolton branch online !sun 01/05/2022 ordered at 7.02pm (email confirmatiom time) for 8.30pm collect on their website. order received but not printed, so no food yet again. 15 to 20 min wait. no wonder the place is empty.sat 06/11/2021: ordered online for collection 45 minutes later (). got to store on time. told order not ready (too busy) but would be ready in another 15 minutes. only one family eating in and one customer waiting, so find it hard to believe. only 3 staff on duty behind the counter. returned to store 15 minutes later and was told order still not ready. no apologies (both times) and no estimated time on second visit. refund without quibble (took two minutes) which was the only positive !

I’ve visited this place a couple of times now and I have to say, it’s the closest that’s come to Halal Guys Chicken on Rice for me. The white sauce is amazing the salad compliments the dish well and the staff are very friendly, my only reservation was the wedges, they were tasteless and when I explained this to the staff there was nothing really they did. Would have appreciated them putting some spices on them. Overall I would come back for the Chicken on Rice.@exploreWithKash

The food is wonderful, the best we've had in a while. With a wide range of dishes, if you're a fan of any kind of spice, this is the place for you. The service is excellent - they take the customer's opinion very seriously and are willing to act upon provided feedback

I ordered their famous burgers service was fast. Overall good sitting place but was a bit cold. Taste wise it was ok but very ordinary burgers. Ordered two different burgers but same taste just added jalapeno in one. Their menu card has no picture with each menues it is difficult to imagine what you ordering especially when you are hungry. Order was also changed without telling me.

The food is wonderful, the best we've had in a while. With a wide range of dishes, if you're a fan of any kind of spice, this is the place for you. The service is excellent - they take the customer's opinion very seriously and are willing to act upon provided feedback. From reading past reviews (and from past personal experiences with this takeaway), customers had complaints about the small portion sizes. However, I ordered from here recently and found no issue with it (what I was charged also matched the prices on the old menus). I can only assume they've acted upon customer feedback - which is always great to see.The shop itself has a strong aesthetic and atmosphere, which is wonderful to see from smaller businesses. The hygiene of the kitchen, which can be seen from the ordering counter, is also impeccable. The food is prepared in front of you.All in all, Chili Flames is one of the best takeaways I have been to in Bolton. Would definitely recommend.

It's the first time we ordered from Chilli Flames. Obviously, risky as it was for iftar (Ramadan dinner after day of fasting). We ordered a family meal medium heat, for £25.99. However, they did not dissapoint: all chicken dishes were juicy and tasty, loved the paper package for humus and coleslaw (better for environment). The wedges were a bit oiler than you would expect wedges to be but very tasty. The only down side was the corn was a bit dry, maybe spent too long on the grill. All items were properly wrapped, napkins with logo was a nice touch. We also got complimentary flat bread and a bottle of Pepsi. All hot food was piping hot, delivery was spot on time, so we enjoyed lovely hot dinner even a half an hour after it was delivered. RECOMMENDED! Will happily order again!

Good taste!Price is a bit high but food quality was really good. I would suggest that they should offer lunch deals starting from £3.5 with chips and drink.Second visit:They really need to step up to the way they serve for the price they charge! Very disappointed! And there were no menus.

Their portions are actually very small, I have seen some reviews about how tiny their portions are and they are right. I got myself a rice box and there were like literally a few pieces of chicken at the top, the rest of them were plain rice that had no taste at all. Either put your price up to a fiver and give proper portion of chicken or ask a bit less as it's not worth it like that. The chicken was okay although their medium" spiciness were a bit too spicy."
