USA Nails

Usually love having my nails done here, I went in and was told it was an hour and a half wait and to come back, so I did. I then waited another 2 and a half hours before being seen. They made me wait in the middle of getting my nails done, messed 2 up, cut me on both my toes and hands which was painful enough until it was made worse by being careless, including leaving marks and dips in all my nails, put other people who had been in there less time than me as a priority. Then they were incredibly rude and made me pay the usual extortionate prices (in cash) for a half baked job that wasn’t worth even half the price I paid. Would leave less than 1 star if I could but Google doesn’t allow it.

Used to love coming here for manicures. The lady who sits at the front is really nice and friendly and always did a great job. But they passed me off to someone who was rude and I had the most painful manicure ever. It felt like they were being painful just because they could - I don't know how manicures can get that painful without being deliberately hurtful!Lost a customer because of that member of staff.

Thr girls are lovely here and they do a great job kn my nails!

I absolutely loved coming here. It was my first time and they were so kind and apologised for me waiting. The lady that did my nails was lovely, accommodating my every need and want for my nails. Will definitely be returning :)

I took my 11yr old niece to have her nails painted as a birthday treat. Staff were welcoming and friendly. Great experience and good value for money. Will definitely go back.

Always welcome and very hospitable.. Mostly good experience but this one guy that does my pedicure is a tad rough with my feet. I tell him 'gently' and he just says 'yes yes' and carries on as is. This can be annoying/disappointing as you pay for the experience too, right, but the end result is always good. Anyhow, keep going back, many years now.

Took my 85 year old mum for a pedicure, she loves the experience and the staff are very very good with her,

PEDICURE WAS GOOD BUT…: The guy that did my pedicure was absolutely lovely and friendly and chatty. I don’t know his name unfortunately and I don’t know what it would be like having a pedicure here by anyone else, but this guy was brilliant, and really took his time and did a lovely job. Lovely smooth feet and not rushed. Explaining what he was doing and he did everything to ensure I was well looked after. I really appreciated this and he is an asset to their business.BUT- some other guy did my hands and nails and it was not good at all. I requested a manicure- it wasn’t a good manicure and also pulled the skin which hurt and made it bleed in several places. Not gentle and he wasn’t friendly either. It doesn’t matter if there is a language barrier- you can still be friendly.The shellac started peeling off on a few of the nails within 1-2 days!!!! This should never happen and was a waste of my money. It should last upto 2 weeks at least. Maybe not good enough glue or something but it peeled off in sheets in the end! Very very disappointing.PAYMENT…I do find the CASH ONLY thing not so great actually… I don’t think it’s very honest in the grand scheme of things, or for the year 2023 and other nail bars I know do like cash, but they will accept card if that’s how you are able to pay. Or you can transfer the money to them. Also you can’t very well get your money back when there’s an issue as there’s no records-… hmm… my issue here is that the nails haven’t lasted at all. And that was £60. Money is money and they should accept card too.I won’t go back unfortunately as I wasted half of the money in a poor manicure and shellac that just came off!

I have been coming to this place for ages now and love it! They do a gd job! Only downful is pedicure can feel alittle rushed and to get my feet and nails done can be quite expensive!

The place is very dirty for one..Never had such awful nails done I could do a better job my self. The man was way to drill happy and they feel like stick ons so thin! When I mentioned this his way of fixing it was to file even more now my hands look like I have toddler nail so small and u can see my natural nail either sides where he did not get the right tips to fit ..Oh and they only take cash still in 2023 wonder why that is aye.I wanted a pink so he suggested to use a pink powder acrylic but after all the filing and drilling the pink was so faded so I told him I wasn’t happy then he put a pink gel over to cover this at the end it cost me £38 as I had the pink powder that didn’t do it’s job anyway. A treat completely wasted.
