Went for mid week lunch & was pleasantly surprised. Food was very reasonably priced & good value for what we got. Has a nice garden at the back. Friendly young lad that served us.

Brilliant pub. Very accommodating of SEN young adults. The only let down was, not the pubs fault, was a lady in charge of the darts team and her behaviour towards our group.

We are moving to the area in the new year so went to check out the local pubs. Fantastic meal, service brilliant and atmosphere was fab-getting into the Christmas spirit!

Food was OK for what we paid, too long a gap between course's, had to gee them up a couple of times. But a pleasant pub, and a lovely large garden.

Excellent food, atmosphere was amazing, the lady behind the bar said that the chef/management have put 100% effort into the Christmas decorations which looked absolutely fabulous!

A typical pub that offers a good standard traditional food and drink selection. Tidy, clean, the staff was busy but lovely. Food was what you’d expect in such an establishment. A plus - they serve it all day.

Not great. All cask ales off except London Pride. Food mediocre, similar to 'Spoons standard. Service started off well but deteriorated - plates were still on the table waiting to be cleared long after we'd finished. The pub is in a nice old building but it's starting to look really shabby, lots of paint peeling off on the outside. Would return on a nice day to use the beer garden though

The Red lion is a lovely large and spacious pub in the beautiful village of linfield. Large pub garden. Food all day looks good although I didn't eat. Good selection of beers and real ales
