If you are looking for a solicitor to deal with Probate, wills etc then I can thoroughly recommend Yarwood Stimpson. Had I only used them for this they would have received a 5 star review for their sensitivity, tenacity and extremely helpful advice. I genuinely could not fault them. Unfortunately, I cannot say the same for their conveyancing department. They handled a very straight forward sale for me with a cash buyer and no upward chain. They made several mistakes, were slow to respond, if indeed they did and then to top it all were patronising and talked over me when I last telephoned them. Unfortunately my recent experience of using them for conveyancing brings my overall rating down to an average of 3 stars.

AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUEThe worst solicitors in the north east, if not the country and this is no exaggeration! Their motto should be slow with an attitude, every member of staff speak down and they all take an eternity to do anything.Its no coincidence that every estate agent on the coast will tell you Yarwood Stimpson are the only solicitor to avoid going with.Many good solicitors to go with, Yarwood Stimpson not being one of them!
