We love it here, the ladies on reception and Joel are always so helpful and super quick to respond to any issues (if ever)It's a great location, lots of parking and the facilities are perfect for what we need.

Have been based at Merlin House in Langstone for 3 years now. The facilities are excellent with daily cleaning, air conditioning, good parking. The staff are super helpful and present a highly professional service to clients.

If you are looking for a lovely bright well equipped office space then this is the place for you.These smart premises are always clean and tidy and offer great facilities along with friendly and very helpful staff who will support you and your business needs, nothing is too much trouble.Having the added benefit of different size Conference rooms which are great for customer meetings.Easy to find, just off the M4 with plenty of parking available.

Always extremely helpful and accommodating. Nothing is too much trouble. the smart premises are always clean and tidy. I've known and used these guys for some while now, having attended meetings and training sessions, etc. at their various premises, and always been very impressed. A very useful addition to your existing organisational physical estate, for off main site meetings, etc., plus reasonably priced serviced office accommodation, offering flexible office space in good locations. Highly recommended.

I've been renting an office for just over a year. The staff are very friendly and helpful. the facilities are excellent. It is a wonderful office to showcase my business. Very accessible for clients in wheelchairs or whom have walking difficulties.
