When you call this letting agency, the customer service person is obnoxious and rude for no reason. He was extreme in his tone and he doesn't know how to talk to someone calling for viewing or other issues.If you can't run a business then shut it down, rather than keeping the staff who is messing up your business more.Completely shocked with the kind of behaviour and rudeness. I would strongly urge to get your staff a medical attention for any mental illness

Would not even give them 1 star , disgusting unprofessional response to complaints of nuisance neighbours in thier property 76a WesternRoad Plaistow, they have no morals just interested in getting money never mind other peoples lives and health ruined . Elderly lady taken away in ambulance due to thier Tennants terrorising her for 6 years complaints we made are met with aggression and treats by this agency and tenants disgusting.

Shockingly poor and unprofessional customer service. Stay away at all cost.We are tenants at one of the properties managed by this company. The landlord and the council have provided me with their contact details, should there be any issues during the short term tenancy.So, on 26th September at around 3 pm, I contacted Elliot Davis regarding a faulty boiler as it had stopped working, and as a result, we had no hot water/heating. A 'gentleman' picked up the phone, I then explained the situation in detail.Now here is the shocking part, he responded by saying and I quote from word to word: ''I don't know who you are, where you came from, or what you look like, so I can't deal with this matter''.After which I explained that I've been advised to contact Elliot Davis regarding any property related issues by the council, and that's why I had called. He then came across immensely rude by raising his voice, denying having anything to do with the property. He then hung up after saying, and I quote again from word to word: ''Go back to where you came from, and do not call me back again''. Under no circumstances that sort of behaviour should be acceptable, especially as I haven't got a slightest clue what triggered him to act and talk like he did.I was gobsmacked on another level by that unprofessional behaviour towards me for absolutely no reason at all. Whoever answered the call on that day obviously was not fit to work whatsoever, either due to medical or personal reasons. I would kindly urge this gentleman to seek medical attention or occupational therapy, if that sort of behaviour remains persistent, as it might be greatly beneficial for yourself and those around you.**Update following company's response (26/09/23 at 4:16 PM):I am fully aware that I am not YOUR tenant, hence I have NOT lied claiming to be YOUR tenants at any point, I never said so in the first place, not to you nor the council. They are already aware of the current tenancy situation.I clearly recall telling you, that the council had placed us at this property, and advised us to contact you regarding any repairs or issues, therefore I have rightfully followed that initial procedure I was asked to follow. How on earth would I know prior to our conversation that your tenants are another company or what not? Instead of explaining that to me like a normal, healthy human being, you started raising your voice at me, with a very interesting choice of words and vocabulary as a grown man. I wish I had recorded the call to provide further evidence.I then called the council again (after you had asked me to do so), after which they put me on hold while trying to reach you. I was then told the same thing you told me, that you are unable to do anything about it, despite you being the one responsible to manage the property. So now the council has advised me to take further legal action to sort this out.Furthermore, you was not quite so gently 'informing' me about the so called procedure I was meant to somehow know out of the blue. You was literally raising your voice within minutes into the call in a very weird and rude manner, certainly NOT talking in any shape or form in the same tone you initially answered the call with. Therefore the accusations remain completely valid and reasonable, especially as when I was explaining what happened, I speaking in a very calm tone and certainly with respect. So there was no reason for you to get triggered or talk to me like I'm something less of a human.Also, I have posted this review rightfully so, due to your difficulty and inability to have a normal conversation, and the inability treat other people with respect. Maybe if you cared to talk normally, in a calm and casual tone, with the right choice of words, we would not be in this position. It's just shockingly unprofessional and childish behaviour coming from a grown adult, I'm lost for words.Furthermore, no matter what, you have no right or excuse to talk to someone in that manner in any situation, let alone at work.

Mr. Yasin and his son has absolutely no manners. Extremely rude behaviour. Their behaviour sounds like they own the country(Uk). Whoever deals with them don’t forget to keep evidence of each and every word that comes from them, because they keep changing their statements/word once you signed the contract. The most arrogant and rude people I’ve ever spoke with.

Highly Unprofessional, rude behaviour and lack of business sentiment.People open businesses but choose wrong people to run it. Highly unrecommended. Person doesn't even know how to talk to customers/clients.

They cheated my friend out of time and money.Claiming to know how to do fill out applications properly, instead they make errors and expect the customer to google the answers for them.Absolutely shambolic. If you don’t want any headaches and live a comfortable life i would avoid.But if you do like stress as well as time and money wasted, by all means i do recommend these guys.

Very poor service. If you are a landlord then avoid at all costs. Have to constantly chase up for my rent payments as they were never on time and had false promises on guaranteed rent which were never delivered. Keep your portfolio away from these shady crooks. From reading the previous reviews, they will probably deny ever doing any business with myself but that's okay. It says a lot about them avoiding their faults.

I booked a viewing for a flat during working day, left my work to go there, the agent didn’t have properties key and could not contact landlord. So it was a total wast of time without a proper apology.
