Appalling service.I called to organise a taxi to collect two elderly American ladies from a church service in the middle of Bristol, to take them back to a hotel. This company assured me that a taxi would be there at the requested time, but it didn't turn up until late... without any call to say that they would be late.Ladies are now missing and I've no idea where they are, this was a booking made in good confidence well ahead of time.All that the taxi company could do was say oh sorry about that" when I called their office.Appalling

I have used your services for the past 21yrs Only and during that time have had to report 2 drivers, Apart from that I have had GREAT service.What I don’t understand is why to 1place is 1 price with No stopping at lights and No traffic and on the return journey a lower price, I have had that issue na few times.

Taxi arrived on time, no problem.There was no photo ID in the car or displayed on the dashboard. He told me the price of my journey and when I asked where the meter was to evidence this, he said he had not switched it on.This made me feel intimidated as he could not evidence the fare.Not happy with the situation.

X2 stars being generous ! Charged different prices each trip and same journey ! Office don't have a clue what there doing or what there drivers are doing or charging ,and won't take responsibility when confronted on phone about it ! After reading all other poor reviews I agree and have experienced all of the same over the time IV used them ! My advice would be Please read all reviews before using

Company was given wrong address for an early morning pick up, unlike most taxi firms that would of given up on the job they went above and beyond to find the correct address and get me. My Taxi driver was soooooo professional and lovely too, nice to know there's still amazing firms out there. Will definitely be using again. Thank you
