I think we had our last meal recently . Fish was good as usual but lately the chips aren't great . And although the kebab portion was the best yet the other week. We repeatedly get very bad wind from here ..makes you wonder what it's doing to the stomach . And tbh best part of 4 quid for a pie ..was tall if ely this place when it opened . Real shame tbh prob due to oil prices being changed less . God knows

Best chippy in Ely/Caerau. Extremely clean, loads of staff, fast service, quality food, big portions. More expensive than other chippys around but 100% worth it. Only annoying thing is that they don’t accept card payments.

Me and my family have been going to this place for a while and I the food used to be lovely. No complaints we found our chippy. Lately it’s been very down hill and disappointing. The kebab chicken tasted like it had been just defrosted, the fish has gone down in size but the price has gone up it’s also now greasy to the max and the chips are horrible underdone but looked like it’s been left in dirty oil. A the fried chicken which tasted nice but gave my dad food poisoning. Very disappointed won’t be going here again.

The best chips around. I drive past plenty of other chips shops to go here. The size of the fish and bags of chips are enormous too. Quantity and quality, you don't usually get both together,

I'm a lorry driver... I got messed about for a load and ended up staying the night in Cardiff.. So I done the decent thing and went looking for dinner... Came across this place.. honestly can not fault it.. super friendly folk in there.. and the food was perfect.. thanks again guys.. Will definitely visit you again when I'm back in Cardiff...

I have to say.. WOW! I absolutely love coming to fryers club every week for my kebab fix! The value for money is exceptional; delicious food without breaking the bank. BUT what truly sets this place apart is the super welcoming & friendly staff. Every time I come, no matter how busy they are (which they are a rightly so) they make an extra effort to make everyones experience amazing. A special mention to the manager Sam(?) , who I regularly see giving food to homeless ..Great touch!Keep it up guys!

Where to start?MEG! yes, Meg. The lovely lady serving me. Absolutely makes the place. So long as she's there the customer service is dealt with!Now the food!The haddock was amazing! Also fantastic size. See my photos! Crispy batter and a lovely quality fish. I never accept a low quality fish and this is perfect.The chips! Probably the most important part of any chippy. They were 99% there. Most likely just on this occasion they could have been cooked a little more. Apart from that they were gawjus! Rich flavour potatoes used here.The sausage in batter which is a must in any chippy for me was ok. But the batter was a little greasy and the sausage not quite what I was expecting. Maybe try a different type of sausage for this.The packaging is really nice and modern aced this.All round fantastic chippy which is 1 of 15 in the family business. I will return!Thank you for the food and the world class service

We always order from here due to their amazing vegan selection and everything is beyond perfect every time! Portions are huge and delivery is always on time - food is always flawless. Every time we call with a question or have food delivered the staff are absolutely lovely! And last night they were kind enough to pop some chips in our order for free. Thank you!
