I ordered an item from Axworthys a few weeks ago now for my friends wedding. Ordering from them was very easy and it was due to arrive in good time, however there was a delay in delivery from Royal Mail. Upon contacting Axworthys to express my concern I received a very quick response stating they would send another out as soon as possible to make sure I had the gift ready for the wedding. I was really pleased with the service I received and thankfully had the item before the wedding! Would definitely recommend this company for their lovely designs and customer service and will 100% order from them in the future.

I have been here lots of times and each time I am given the same highest standard service. Particularly when I needed order of service cards done ASAP, Gemma took great care and helped tremendously with the process, making sure they were just right. The communication was brilliant and I would highly recommend this shop to anyone who is wanting art supplies and things photocopied/laminated etc.

I found the staff at Axworthy's to all be extremely helpful and friendly and able to work to a deadline to produce an Order of Service for my mother's funeral. I handed over an outline that I had put together to Gemma who then structured the various elements into a design which was sent to me for approval. I wanted some changes to font size which were completed very swiftly and the order was completed in good time for the funeral.I was given a choice of paper thickness and format.There was a minor blip of a photo not being returned because it was inadvertently left in the copier and I was informed of the fact by email and the photo kept safe until I could collect it.

Thank you x 1000 for having something that no other shop sells - mailing bags bigger than a packet of crisps.You saved me from running around like a headless chicken and it meant a lot, considering it only cost me £1.20.You are my hero. Just the best independently run shop in Paignton which I should use a lot more because they stock really cool products.
