I went to buy a Lamy personalised pen. I had seen it online. The fact the pen was in a glass case seemed to be an obstacle. Staff member would not open it for viewing.It would be helpful if staff were aware of the products they sell.Very poor assistance. If all staff were new starters then I apologise.

I was planning to visit the store, I went there at 17.30 and it was already closed with blinds half way down. Supposed to be open until 18.

After a disastrous mix up with “ the other DHL (UK)website, ( beware everyone ,get the correct website ), the staff at Ryman’s Shandwick sorted out the whole debacle with professionalism, competence and with great humour….. and a lot of patience. The 4 staff I chatted with/dealt with were on my side all the way through (my incompetence,)and Anna and the manager even helped me pack! A frustrating issue was completely turned around . This team are a credit to Ryman’s organisation! Thanks folks!

Does not even one star! The staff is very rude and have zero empathy towards customers! I went to get prints and the lady with short hair in her 30s was so rude and the other guy wearing specks was also least bothered in helping out. This is not the kind of behaviour I was expecting from Ryman stores, definitely not gonna visit again and would not even recommend my friends. I had to wait 20 minutes only to get a printout and cherry on the cake was her rude frustrated behaviour. Ryman should look into this seriously because they are going to lose on lot of customers and the store being on a prime location makes it a serious issue. Its not gonna be long until the staff ruins the store reputation.
