I rang up and enquired for a quote after recent moving to a new home and the front door lock and handle being a bit loose. James advised of an deal they had aimed for people like myself who have just moved home, having front and back door locks changed for a really good price.Once I called back to book he came the same day fitted a new lock and handle for the front and changed the lock in the back. He was really professional and very friendly.He also explained/advised of the way the new locks work in comparison to the old locks which a burglar could have snapped and broken in within seconds.It was a really good and competitive price for the work he did, I highly recommend him if you need your locks changed!

James arrived at the time we agreed and was efficient and friendly. He carefully explained what he was doing throughout the process and his price was lower than other local competitors. Very happy. Thanks James we'll definitely use you again!

James came out as quickly as possible after our emergency call for a locksmith. He was extremely personable and set about checking which door lock would be most suitable to try and enter from and it was decided that the Conservatory door would be best. After 10 minutes we were in and with no damage to our lock whatsoever. Many thanks and would certainly recommend to friends and family.

First class service from James after a frantic phone call about our rear French Doors. His calm, professional manner over the phone was most appreciated and he put us in touch with one of his colleagues who was closer (I live in Merseyside). Even though he didnt have to be phoned us back to make sure everything was ok, James really went above and beyond and he is a credit to Lockrite, I cannot recommend him highly enough!
