Only giving 3* as I was put off by the very rude, ignorant delivery woman. I answered the door quite jolly saying hello. I got no response she just put the bag out and saidere". No enjoy your meal nor nowt. I had a tip in my hand but I only tip good service so she didn't get one. If that's how she is with everyone I would think you'll lose a lot of customers. I certainly won't be ordering again which is a shame as the food was good."

We've been ordering here for a while. The food we received this order was overcooked, hard to eat and inedible. We have been regulars for some time and they didn't even throw in prawn crackers. Very disappointed with what was once a good Chinese.

Absolutely disgusting service and food, used to be my favourite takeaway, not anymore! Ordered on big foodie, after waiting over an hour the food arrived with a missing item. Waited over 15 mins for it to be delivered but the food had gone cold so decided it was quicker to go and pick it up myself! Was greeted by a rude Chinese lady, no apology just nastiness and made to think I was in the wrong and lying!!! In the meantime after 20 mins the item was delivered so drove back home. Opened my soft noodles to heat up and found a prawn (can’t stand any shellfish at all) on top of the noodles! Now correct me if I’m wrong but surely with the noodles being just noodles with beansprouts in there a prawn would be the last thing you would expect to find. Made me feel sick and the whole lot went in the bin! Never again :(

Delicious orange chicken, chow main and sweet and sour chicken. Food arrived hot and within time specified on just eat.

Can't say how disappointed I am to leave this review. Been ordering here for over 6 years on a regular basis, but the last 2 times I have ordered I have waited over 2 hours each time. The second time was the last straw, the food took 2 and a half hours to get there and when I asked what the hell took so long they had 28 orders going at once and I asked if they were still taking order and they were... No apology nothing. The food is good but the service is terrible and it's a shame.

The food here is of a good quality and service is good. They do have online ordering and an app. My only gripe is they only take cash in the actual shop and so you have to then create an online account to pay via card. I found this quite frustrating.Usual menu, prices are average and service is good.

I ordered food via Just Eat whilst I was staying in Blackpool, I chose this place as it had a 5 star food hygiene rating and a reasonable minimum order value, unlike many other places in Blackpool.Considering my hotel wasn't especially near their place I was a bit worried but it was great, from the delivery guy who was friendly, polite and efficient to the food, which was hot, fresh, delicious and well-packaged with no spillages. The food even arrived 10 minutes earlier than the estimated time.I'll definitely order from here again when I stay in Blackpool.
