Always wanted to do Reformer Pilates but some places can feel intimidating … not here !! Steph is gorgeous, the classes are amazing and there are plenty of classes to choose from too. LOVE IT

Loving the classes so far! So different from any other type of exercise. Stef is such a fab teacher and makes everything adapted to your experience level, accounting for injuries etc. I wasn’t sure what to expect as I’m not super confident with Pilates but everything was accessible. Two classes in and I’m hooked!

Best reformer pilates teacher. I love our 1-1s, she’s pushes me past my boundaries and gives me the boost of confidence I need. It’s helped so much with my body confidence and mental health.

Really enjoying my classes. Never used a reformer before but Stef is really invested in her clients explaining each step so you can really get the most of each exercise. Don’t be fooled though! This is harder than you imagine and Stef watches your posture like a hawk! My favourite exercise session to date!!
