Fantastic customer service and beautiful glasses. I always get compliments when I wear my glasses as they are so distinctive. I broke the arm of my glasses and I contacted Kirk and Kirk for a replacement, one was sent to me a few days later free of charge. Amazing service and thank you.

I love my Kirk and Kirk frames. I used to buy frames and get tired of them after a year and never wear them again. Once I started buying Kirk and Kirk frames I just started adding more to my collection and continue wearing the frames I bought a few years ago. I am so impressed by Kirk & Kirk. I was walking after lunch one day and walked into this optical shop in Kuala Lumpur- Reliance Bangsar, tried on these glasses and picked a pair in less than 30 minutes! I was sold. They are beautiful, comfortable and I always get compliments (plus point) But what I truly love and appreciate about this brand is. I had a bit of an issue with my pair and I tweeted them and they responded immediately and sent me a replacement of the part in less than 3 days from all the way in the UK! with a handwritten note. Best customer service!I purchased a frame only in a lovely shop while visiting Edinburgh, Cameron Optometry. I am having lenses made at my local optician in the US. The optician, Amy, was very pleasant and helpful and I selected a Kirk &Kirk frame. The style , color, shape are all perfectly beautiful. And it is unique, which is what I was really looking for. Unfortunately, the frame got a tiny little crack in the temple during transport back to the States. I reached out to Kirk &Kirk through their website and heard back right away from a customer service rep. He immediately offered to send me a replacement piece. I couldn’t be more pleased with the customer service and I’m sure that the finished product will be just right.

I'm really enjoying my Kirk glasses. The translucent design is beautiful and chic. And equally important to me is the comfortable secure fit and light weight feel. I've had a lot of issues with glasses not fitting and feeling cumbersome, and I'm not sure why these are different but I'll take it! Thank you K&K!

I had been contemplating purchasing Kirk and Kirk frames for some time. My last pair of glasses are Ray Ban, and though I like them very much, I needed better. Enter the Carey in Violet. One word: BEAUTIFUL. I almost feel that, I should admire them on a shelf at home, as these frames are Art! The speed and standard of Customer Service at Kirk and Kirk are unrivalled. A personal note was added to my order and I felt truly special! To top it all, the frames were beautifully packaged and it felt like I received a present! I would recommend Kirk and Kirk to the brave and to those who value themselves! A treat!

I Just ordered my second pair of the most comfortable, beautifully made & coolest ever Kirk & Kirk frames. Not a day goes by without someone complementing on how cool my Hana frames are. I also want to tell you in 2 years of wearing them everyday that they have never needed adjusting. What I did need is new lenses so I ordered a pair of the Dennis frames. Customer Service at Kirk & Kirk were extremely helpful & timely in their communication with me. I will now have 2 pairs of the best frames made!
