I visited Basepoint for a Diabetic eye screening. It's easy to find with places to park. The building is very nice.

Basepoint Business Centres is a serviced office space with a bright meeting space, friendly atmosphere and professional attitude. There is plenty of un-allocated parking for clients and visitors, Covid Guidelines followed

Offices that can be hired out. Took my mum here for diabetic eye check. All signs were clear as to where we had to go. Very clean and tidy was someone on reception if you needed help

Vast building, tucked at the back of the business park... justnkeep going straight and you'll come to it on the right, opposite Makro. Receptionist not particularly welcoming... I said 'Good Morning' on entering and it took her a while to take her eyes away from her screen and reply. However, staff of the diabetic eye clinic, that I was taking someone to, were efficient and very friendly. Sanitiser provided. Everybody was wearing masks. Would suggest they might open the window of the waiting room to ventilate.

I rent an office in Basepoint and find both the facilities and staff to be ideal for my business. The building is always very clean and the accounts system is very easy to use.I was also very impressed to see the amount of charity work that Basepoint do and even more impressed in the amount of involvement of the tenants. They create a very friendly and professional atmosphere all round. I can't fault it!

Staff rude and obstructive. When issues are raised, onsite staff immediately become defensive. Usual story of nothing they can do to help, and they will have to pass your details on with no resolution ever forthcoming. Unprofessional face to face customer service to long standing customers.

I took my Mum for diabetic eye screening appointment. Really good place to visit, easy to get to with good parking.The lady who did my Mum's screening was very nice, caring and professional.☺️
