It’s only too bad the lowest you can give is 1 star. While our experience with the doctors has been okay at best, the desk workers are absolutely heartless. I visited the office multiple times about a prescription and was told it wasn’t ordered, even though I had a letter in hand saying I was to be taking it. The final straw was when I called, got a different receptionist who said, “Well if you’re supposed to be taking it how come it’s taking you so long to get in touch?” These receptionist are quite rude, uninformed, and do not care about the care of the patients.

Very careless people. First of all getting appointment is a huge task.. Until and unless you are in a stage of loosing your life you are not really having a problem as per these people. Last week I went for my check up and doc has advised for X-Ray but I am still waiting for appointment for that and now my problem increased..What kind of healthcare service is this?

Note to ALL patents of students, dont let your child register here. I am not a patient here but my daughter is. All I will say is that her experience here as a young girl living away from home for the first time has been disgusting. For a GP to call and tell you off and still offer no assistance is despicable and if I had my way I would be making a formal complaint. They have upset her so much she doesn't want to annoy them any more.

It takes far too long to get through to receptionist to get to make an appointment or advice. What happened to the money given by Gov to upgrade phone system. This is an absolute disgrace 90 min to get a receptionist not even to speak to Doctor

The telephone waiting times are absolutely unacceptable. Often I’m waiting on hold for over half an hour… I can’t see why, the staff clearly aren’t at the reception or all the phones are on silent. I called recently for an on the day appointment, I was on hold for almost an hour. I recently moved here from another practice when it closed. The doctors have been okay, but just okay and not much more. Last time I attended, I felt I got the bare minimum of care and left feeling I’d wasted my time and a lot of effort trying to rush through to Dundee from work in time for my appointment then left feeling quite fobbed off.

Ive been registered at this practice for about a year now and never had a bad experience. The reception staff are fantastic (especially Hollie) and all the doctors I've had an appointment with have been incredibly helpful and understanding of the issues I have dealt with. Dr Ang, Dr Perdios, and Dr Alexander have listened to my issues and provided help and support when I needed it. Thank you, Tay Court Surgery!

I've been registered at the GP since 2011. Over the years I've received ongoing support from the clinicians for my skin condition. Staff have always been so understanding and supportive. Although it can sometimes take time to reach reception in the morning due to them being busy, I've never had issues getting an appointment on the same day. My prescriptions are always processed quickly, and any additional requests have been met promptly. Unfortunately I'm moving city so will need to leave the GP. I hope to find a practice which offers a similar level of support and care. A special thanks to Dr Perdios who has provided invaluable advice and support.

I was with this surgery for over 25 years and I remember when, before this online rubbish it was very friendly and all GPs and Nurses were so easy to reach and talk to.What happened.- Telephone is off the hook all the time- Patients are not supposed to come in to arrange appointments- No online appointments booking is available except to talk to birth control nurseIf you manage to get a telephone appointment at certain time you get message that, effectively they cannot keep that time and you should be available whole day (people that work might not be able to wait for your call you dummies)My daughter has already left and I am going ASAP too.NHS note this, some places do not deserve founding and should be either closed or fundamentally changed.

One star for the doctors, cause they’re doing a good job. The front desk is where the problem is.The receptionist with the red hair is not friendly at all. She read out my blood results, told me there was nothing wrong with me and refused me to see the doctor to discuss my results. She just told me to go, I tried to explain that I need to discuss with the doctor and she just said “everything is normal” is she qualified to do that? I tried to sit in the waiting room which was empty by the way, hoping that I’d get to see a doctor, and she chased me out because of covid regulations.
