3rd party insurance claim to repair damage to vehicle. Steer called to arrange convenient time to pick up the car for repair. I called after a few days later to ask for an estimate completion date and call was answered by a person without needing to go through annoying questions (very rare these days!). Two days later received a call to arrange the vehicle return. All very seamless and great comms, overall a great service in this day and age, which is a lot more than I could say compared to the hire vehicle which was a nightmare but that wasn't handled by Steer, sadly.

Steer had amazing customer service from start to finish, my car was picked up and dropped off by 2 lovely gentlemen at my own convenience. I was informed and kept up to date even before my car was picked up and until the day of return. My car was dropped to me in immaculate condition, I can’t recommend them enough. My Nissan X Trail went in to the Thurrock body shop for a repair to damaged passenger side doors. I was provided with a courtesy car through my Insurance which arrived in a clean and good condition by a very nice lady who explained everything to me and said that I would be kept informed on the progress of works which they did. I was very impressed by the speed that the repair was carried out. The car was collected on a Tuesday and returned the following Tuesday. The car was in immaculate condition, clean inside and out and felt like a brand new car to drive. I can't fault their service and would recommend them to anyone needing work done. Well done the staff at the Thurrock body shop.
