Just been tuned away while trying to dispose of some cardboard boxes and plastic water bottles telling me I need a permit when there website states that you don’t need a permit to dispose of household waste

Not the best experience! Had a large tree stump in the car. Asked politely for help from a member of staff who looked at the stump and said no. He pointed me in the direction of a couple of lads who were unloading garden rubbish and said they'd help. So a big thank you to the two lads who helped me, much appreciated!

I would like to thank Kev for being so helpful. I have a problem with my hip. I am in quite alot of discomfort. He helped me with a roll of carpet I was disposing off. I think he deserves to be praised and he is a real credit to your company.

Love visiting this recycle centre, the men keep it nice and tidy and are always friendly and helpful. Also their little garden area is a joy.

good layout , but rude and unhelpful staff .i am disabled and my wife had to unload the car by herself and found it difficult up and down the ramps , just to be watched by the 2 staff

Been going to the skip regularly for the past 7 weeks as we’re refurbishing and the guys here have been really helpful and assisted me lots with heavy items.
