Contact driver on mobile they requested the large wardrobe to be dismantled (IKEA) collected and then brought back claiming it was damaged. Had a load of other items to be given will not consider this as the lead man on the van was so rude. Use another charity that deserves your support

Great friendly staff Very helpful, wide range of items furniture, small electrical goods and Nik nacs also decorating paint and paper but these are expensive £10 per roll and large tub of emulsion £30 but on the whole a very good place

The volunteers here are very helpful and dedicated. A good assortment of bric-a-brac, quality furniture and clothing all at an affordable price. Just how charity shops used to work!

It nice to see a recycling shop in area of coventry and the staff are friendly too. Wish there was more of these close to home
