Lovely people that host a Nice and clean B&B. Breakfast was plenty and superb.

Fantastic location, lovely couldn't do enough service and delish breakfast that kept us full all day. Highly recommend.

To say that our stay was simply outstanding does not do it justice. We were amazed by the level of customer service from the moment we telephoned making enquiries for our stay with our 2 dogs. I've worked in the Retail and Customer Experience sector and this would be the perfect example on how to do it. Our hosts were fabulous, as was the room, parking and breakfast (they even cooked some sausages for our dogs who agreed with us that breakfast was first class). We highly recommend staying here, indeed it will be our go to place to stay when down in Perth or enroute pass it. Thank you for being so welcoming, friendly, helpful, and nice to us and our 2 dogs. Excellent address!! The lady is very welcoming. This is certainly the best place and host we've ever had in ten days of our entire stay in Scotland. The rooms are clean, with a nice view, and the host is very thoughtful in offering samples for each one of us for the bathroom, some cookies, teas, coffees and hot chocolate. It takes 10/15 minutes to join the city center by feet.The breakfast was incredible, served like in a restaurant. The portions are big enough. A vegetarian option of the Scottish typical breakfast is possible (thank you for that!). There are also toasts, jams, cereals, yogurts, fresh fruits... Too bad we jumped on the food and I didn't take pictures of it. This place and the lady who owns it might even be a reason enough to come to Perth for a night or two! Do not hesitate more to choose this B&B.To the nice lady: thanks again for you hospitality and we hope you'll be able to visit France very soon and to enjoy it as much as we could enjoy Scotland!

Just back from a lovely stay at this B&B in Perth.What a fabulous find. Speedy response to booking enquiry.A terrific warm welcome when we arrived.They accommodated our every need my mum isn't great at walking so we had a lovely spacious ground floor room. We had a hearty Scottish breakfast that set us up for the day.The location is smashing for exploring the surrounding town or further afield.And the added bonus is I was able to take the furbaby!!! Which is getting harder to to the days.Thanks for looking after us so well. We will be back.

Stayed 2 nights, rooms were spotless and well maintained .Breakfast was fantastic and plentiful , the owners went above and beyond and we're very pleasant , definitely recommended .We will stay here again next time !

Lovely, cosy bedroom with excellent tea and coffee facilities along with biscuits and vanilla tablet. There was also a galaxy drinking chocolate sachet for a bedtime drink!Breakfast was plentiful - cereal, toast and full Scottish breakfast I had along with a large pot of coffee (3 cups).The owners are excellent - a warm welcome on arriving to Scotia and very hospitable. Thoroughly enjoyed and am looking forward to returning there soon

Smart guesthouse with all the facilities you'd expect plus a guest lounge with kitchenette. Great breakfast, great service, thoroughly recommended.
