I have booked twice now and both times have been so relaxing, my first treatment was the Luxury facial which cleared and refreshed my congested sensitive acne-prone skin and my second was micro needling that was recommended for post-acne scarring.My skin has reacted well to both and Claudia was extremely helpful in giving skincare tips for my skin type along with being honest about what treatments my skin will need and when without trying to over-sell, it's clear that the clients skin is #1 priority.After 2 treatments and minimizing my skincare to a more simple & natural regime(based on tips from Claudia) I'm already seeing some promising improvements!- The atmosphere is extremely calming and inviting, Claudia also has a really calming quality which is great for anyone with anxiety.- Very hygienic and clean environment and products.- Great prices! Natural beauty in Cardiff( newport road) is the best place to go if you want shiny, clean and glamorous skin. I'm so delighted I gave it a try that I don't want anything else anymore! And it is true that it is difficult to not go back once you had one facial.Claudia is very affable, competent, and committed to whatever she does. I adore it and would visit there every week if I could. Claudia is amazing at what she does, so friendly and knowledgeable. I have had a variety of treatments at the clinic including microneedling, chemical peels, luxury and basic facials and Claudia always knows what my sensitive and spot prone skin needs at that moment in time. I have noticed such an improvement with my skin, and I always have so many compliments after the treatments. Highly recommend!

I went to visit Claudia at Natural Beauty Cardiff for a HIFU treatment.The clinic itself is lovely, clean and professional in a central location with it's own parking.I really enjoyed the treatment Claudia was very knowledgeable and guided me through the process, which helped me feel calm and safe under her care. I felt really relaxed and pampered and the result are amazing. My lines have reduced after just a week and my skins feels fuller. Really looking forward to my next treatment.Thank You!!

I have always gone to Claudia for my massages as i simply don’t trust anyone else! She is amazing and puts 100% into everything she does.I have had various treatments from her in the past from a full body skin exfoliation to reflexology and every experience has been second to none!I had a treatment called dermoplaning which Claudia recommended.Whilst she was completing the treatment of removed the dead skin cells from my face i immediately felt the difference in my skin. My skin feels so soft and more radiant already this morning.I came to work this morning and all my colleagues have asked what i have done to my skin over the weekend so its definitely noticeable already and ill definitely be getting it done again.I would recommend Claudia over and over again to anyone who is looking for either a relax or a treatment. Definitely worth checking out you wont be disappointed!
