First time that somewhere hasn't pounced on us as soon as we walked in. Took our time looking round, especially with 2 kids in tow.Joe came over to help us, narrowed down the cars to our requirements and took us to look at the ones he had in stock that matched. Showed us all round the cars inside and out, no pressure to buy. He wanted us to choose the right car for us and our family.Purchasing and signing was as simple and painless (as much as having 2 kids with you can be). Great customer service and friendliness, even towards my kids who weren't exactly patient.Great experience from the whole place, even put the tv for the kids to watch.

I rang Dace regarding a Ford Grand C-Max I had seen advertised and I spoke with the Jake in in the sales department team. Jake kindly invited me to come view the car and he made sure it would be available to view/test drive upon my arrival the same evening. It was a horrible day weather-wise but was happy to see Jake had brought the car into the showroom out of the elements which allowed me to best inspect the vehicle in a dry and light environment. There were no pushy sales techniques and Jake answered all questions to the best of his knowledge and also advised me of 1 or 2 cosmetic issues internally. Happy to say I was happy with the vehicle and delighted with the service. Following the purchase, I raised an issue with the car's GPS function. Jake made sure I had an apointment booked in the at the weekend the following week with the service department to inspect. I also noticed a couple more cosmetic issues internally that looked to have had had temporary fixes but needed more attention. Again, the kind staff at service department approved the need for replacing the parts required and I am now awaiting for them to confirm delivery and an installation date. Overall I am delighted with the service and after service I have been given and would recommend Jake and the team if you are in the market for a new car.

Blown away by such a helpful car sales company. After having a bad experience elsewhere we were surprised to not be bombarded on the forecourt as we were able to look inside the cars without the need of a pushy sales person.We were served by Tony and he has to be one of the most honest car sales people I have ever come across. He made the entire buying process smooth and easy which we really appreciated.I didn’t think it was possible for a used car to be so immaculate inside and out! All the cars have a full health check before you’re able to drive away along with a minimum of 9 months on the MOT which gives peace of mind as a buyer.

Absolutely phenomenal service from everyone at Dace. From start to finish and follow up service. They have promptly answered queries even after purchase. Also, unlike the majority of car places, they promptly paid the finance on our previous car. Mike and Christian have been really helpful as have Penny and the lads in the garage. Excellent service throughout the whole process of buying my Audi A6 Avant. Salesman Gary was very professional, flexible and accommodating, picking me up from the train station to view the car. There were some issues with the vehicle after my purchase, but the Dace Service Team worked really hard to resolve everything under the warranty in a way that was very convenient for me.
