Absolutely amazing shop, staff and jewellery. From the moment we walked in we were welcomed and looked after. My mum can't stand so they got her a chair and served us with the best customer service one could ask for. We have bought some beautiful things and we will be back soon. Thank you so much xx

I never send a review but today's experience left me completely satisfied and happy! I'd searched the whole pandora network to find the exact charm I was looking for and found it here. This was like the yellow pages advert for flight fishing by JR Hartley.The staff here are absolutely 'amazing very professional, very happy, thank you Megan! You're a star!! ☆☆☆☆☆

Great service today from this shop, they exceeded my expectations massively. Very impressed with both staff members I met today, the overall customer service, the range of stock and the procedures in place to prevent the spread of COVID-19, distancing, sanitisation etc etc.I realised today that these smaller businesses need our business more than ever right now and this company deserves that business more than most.Brilliant customer service from my initial email last night to leaving the shop this afternoon 100% satisfiedI can't thank you enough.Oh and Grace thinks the shop is in her words proper proper cool""

I have been going to this store for a number of years for all my Pandora items. I find the staff are very helpful, extremely polite, their service and customer care is extremely good. Over the years a couple of items have had to be returned, and there have been no qualms at all. I was once in there and mentioned that one of my bracelets seemed a bit funny, the owner took a quick look and said she would give me another, there was no thinking about it, no saying she would have to return and I had to wait, straightaway she gave me a new bracelet. Cannot say better than that. The staff are so good that I always spend more money than was my intention. Lol.
