Teresa and I attended the Ash Wednesday Mass today. Father Ken conducted the Service. Thank You Father for your Blessings. Saint Peter's Church holds such an aura both in it's atmosphere and in it's spiritual meaning. God Bless

Nice church at St Peters @ St. Peter’s square Stockport,lovely seating and garden to the rear of this lovely church,a nice stop that’s great to have a brew or a sandwich in your dinner hour, or whatever you may be doing.

Came for the cafe as we were early for the Air Raid Shelter.Sorry to say that it was a stereotypical church cafe. There was a musty, dusty smell on entering. Of an order of 6 people, 3 food orders had to be changed as the mushrooms and ham weren't available. The cafetiere coffee had to be changed as there was no cafetiere!The tablecloth on our table was stained and dirty.As a minister of a church with a café myself, I know all these issues are easily avoided and would see repeat custom ...

St Peters church Stockport was built in 1876. One of the oldest churches in Stockport with an excellent atmosphere. They old services on a Friday lunchtime at 1.00pm to which everyone is always welcome.
