Just this minute popped in for some carpet and from the off women has an attitude problem we come with the size carpet required and her reply was I don’t know I’m not the estimator so she couldn’t be bothered to help just attitude we are builders and do a lot of refurbs and we will certainly putting the word out not to go here so back to Wilson’s carpets where the service is much better

Extremely poor customer service. Wasn’t informed of refund policy until after purchase. At this point tiles had been fitted and we had a spare box (£140). They measured the floor but never advised full boxes wouldn’t be refunded. Complained in store advised to read policy on the wall. No mention at point of sale.

Be very careful letting them estimate how much flooring you will require. They over estimated my order by 100%, charging twice as much as necessary and then refused to take back the excess flooring, still in a sealed box. Even their fitter was surprised at having twice as much as required. Not happy and will not use again.
