I had the best experience with Sherri, who syringed my ears today. She was super professional and just so lovely! She totally made me feel comfortable and not at all nervous.Sherri knew exactly what she was doing and made the whole process a breeze. She explained everything to me in a way that made sense and took the time to answer all my questions. I could tell she really cared about making me feel at ease.What really stood out about Sherri was how friendly and warm she was. She made me feel so welcome and relaxed throughout the entire appointment. I appreciate her patience and how she went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable.It was really satisfying seeing what came out- ew. I would return to have it done again. I went to the MSN branch of Clear2Hear in Holly Court and Sherri spent 30 minutes removing my ear wax. I’m very grateful. She did a fantastic job and was very determined and persistent but she got it all out and it’s made a big difference to my hearing. Thanks Sherri, will be back in 18 months.

Lovely operator, generous, capable & extremely friendly. Lovely experience. Going home after on tricycle surprisingly noisy! Fridge ditto. Play violin & did not like my tone. ! Am coming to terms with NORMAL hearing slowly.
