DO NOT TOUCH WREN WITH A BARGE POLE! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED. ABSOLUTE INCOMPETENT MONEY GRABBING COWBOYS. After installation customer care is abysmal. Paid 25k for a kitchen - could have installed it better myself. The Wren provided fitter made an absolute disgrace and clearly didnt know what he was doing - damaging about 90% of the kitchen and continuing to instal it anyway. Stuff installed squint, misaligned etc etc. Battled with Wren for 2 years and finally got about 80% of the kitchen rectified, but dont want to know about the rest. Also ruined our floor which cost about 2k, and again Wren dont want to take responsibility for it. Scum bags. I'd give zero starts if i could - but even that would be too high. Stay away from them.

My Kitchen designer was Kim Snelling, she has had years of experience in the industry which showed during our discussions. Kim helped me make some better choices about my kitchen. Some of my ideas were completely unachievable for my space.Kim adapted my ideas and gave me compromises which actually worked better for my space.Kim designed my kitchen from my visions and ideas. I work away so a lot was discussed via email. All emails were answered promptly with precision planning,efficiency and vibrant ideas.My appointments in the showroom were eye opening with the VAR headset which made my kitchen come to life.I also took Kim's advice and ordered several color swatches to sit in my kitchen for some weeks with different bench shades prior to locking in my final decisions. I did the same with the flooring.It was a revelation after a week to two weeks I had made my choices. My choices were not the colors I thought I wanted. Strange how the colors look different in your own home.The work has not been completed yet however I am confident it will be absolutely stunning once completed.Thanks to Kim's experience and efficiency my dream kitchen is now becoming a reality.

Having seen and heard a few things about Wren on tv and internet, I was a bit apprehensive of getting a kitchen designed. However we took the plunge and went for it. Surprise, it was so easy and painless. Our designer was very polite and designed to what we had as a vision. We left very happy, arranged another appointment where we put down a deposit. We did check out competitors but we were getting so much more for our money with Wren. A few days later our designer transferred to another Wren branch and we were assigned a very lovely lady called Bahar who took us through the final changes to our design, she was absolutely lovely and knew her job well. Delivery duly arrived on the delivery date arranged. Delivery team were very courteous and checked all items off the vehicle and safely stored them with care in our garage. All units were pre-built and we can honestly say they were very well packed. We had 7 car runs to local skips to dispose and recycle all the wrapping etc as well as old kitchen stuff. Needless to say we were impressed as we had heard a few bad things. We used local tradesmen to complete the job and now we have a top quality kitchen installed at a very reasonable price. We had no damaged or mis-manufactured goods. If a Wren kitchen is good enough for my very rich friend then its good enough for me. Go for it you wont be disappointed!!! Order 29706534

Wren was an absolute dream. From the minute we walked into the show room, the staff were so welcoming and friendly.Shannon was very attentive and listened to everything we wanted, and work hard to make it all work for us. She was so helpful every step of the way. Always at hand to help with anything we needed.The kitchen quality is amazing. We are so thrilled with our new kitchen!I would definitely recommend wren.

Laura from the Aberdeen branch was the designer for our kitchen. All aspects of the design process were considered, including the small details and home measuring. This was a project that I was to install myself, Wren provides install guides to help you through the process yourself, and If you have any issues their aftercare team is more than happy to assist. So far so good!

Started installation one week late and 6 weeks on from the agreed start date we are still not completed. Worst part is that no-one will call me back! not Wren customer care or the installer. Meantime I am unable to use completed units while the fascia is off and the worktop is not watertight to the splashback - using the sink it a challenge. Meantime the rubbish from the build is blowing about in my driveway. Very poor show.2 days after posting this review I receive a call from the customer care manager and the very next morning a joiner arrives, 2 hours later the job is complete. I have adjusted my star rating to 3 simply because of the stress this has caused. The kitchen itself is really great - for now, I'm not counting any chickens just yet.

The kitchen provided by Wren is good quality and the service has been great. It was useful to be able to see the 3D modelling before ordering the kitchen and Nadine at Wren has been very helpful and friendly to ensure we get the best kitchen and experience. Delivery was as organised and ordering replacement parts was not an issue at all - they have a good app for managing the kitchen installation.

We used Wren Kitchen to convert an extension in to modern kitchen diner area. Kim from Wren Aberdeen helped in designing and making it possible. She was very supportive in using our ideas and gave tips from her experience for a practical yet stylish kitchen. There were few changes in the design process and also when we started the construction. Kim patiently discussed the changes, remodelled the kitchen and ensured it met all practical and safety aspects. The supply was all on time, a few hitches in one or two items which were resolved satisfactorily. Their branch staff were always very helpful when contacted during the supply stage. We are happy to use Wren Aberdeen for our new kitchen and fully recommend them.

Caitlyn was so friendly and helpful. She understood the design we had in mind and created it perfectly. Absolutely delighted!
